I'll be the first to admit that I enjoy the big budget films put out by the major studios. Considering I see maybe 3 movies a year (in a GOOD year), I usually see the blockbusters and not the independents. Not that I don't enjoy a good independent film every so often. Point being, I saw a movie last night. I went to see "Marley and Me." I recommend this film, especially if you are an animal lover. Or love Jennifer Aniston. Or love Owen Wilson. Or love Golden Retrievers. Be warned, take tissues with you. I saw the movie with someone and we both cried.

oh baby....there is NO WAY IN HELL I am going to see this movie! Not even on DVD. I read the book....I BAWLED like a baby at the end. I too have a Lab just like Marley and he is at the end of his road, so to speak. NO WAY!!!!
But it was a really funny book. I jsut love Labs.
Yes, I would have to agree that you should NOT see this movie. :) I do want to read the book now.
a buddy of mine has a lab I am in love with and he with me.Rick just mentions "Charlie" to him and he bolts for the door.( Truth is I've got all the doggy treats- I'm nobody's fool).When I watch these animal movies I keep telling myself, there are two dozen of this dog and each has one trick. I am not in love with one dog here. It's the only way I can get through it.
